Default Straight hand

Live 1/2 NL. I have $400, CO has about $600, other players in hand have $150-$400.

Four players limp, SB folds, I check in BB with 65o. Flop comes 774,r and is checked around.

Turn is an 8, making the board 7748. I bet 10. Two players call, one folds, and CO raises to 20. What should I do?

He raised the minimum to $20, right? Or did he raise $20 to $30 total to go?

If he miniraised, I probably call and call no more than 1/2 pot bet on the river. Though I don't hate a fold here either. With all those people in, I think you could easily call and then get reraised anyway.

If he raised to $30, I just fold right there. You might be ahead, but it's 50/50 at best. And again, what are all those other callers calling with? This just feels real bad. You can't take control of the hand and you're often behind. It's going to be very difficult to play this hand profitablly, especially out of position, so I don't mind just folding here.

I called the raise to 20, the other 3 players also called. The river was a K for a 7748K board (I have 65). I check, checked to CO, who bets 20. I call, others fold. How is my line?

I would consider blocking the river to set my own prize on it. Otherwise I think it's ok, glad to get to showdown fairly cheap in crappy poss with semi-good hand.

I think that's a very good line.
