Bluff
BB is 32/9/1.4 after 70 hands. He seems reasonable except for one outrage when he capped 78s preflop and flop and bet each street on a A7x flop. Other guy had AK.
He seems to respect me 'cause I've just showed down the goods and won half a buy-in so far. 3/6 game Folded to me in the SB and I raise K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] , BB calls Flop Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Bet, call Turn is 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Bet, call River is 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] I wait long and bet... |

Re: Bluff
What hands do you think will call to the turn and fold the river for 1 bet? I think him being agressive he would raise somewhere with A-high. His calling down seems suspicious - small pair or slowplay or less times a flush/str8 draw. I expect a raise on the river a lot of times either a slowplayed big hand or a rivered flush or a complete bluff that would be disatrous for us to induce here.

Re: Bluff
I think he'll just check behind his A-hi hands the majority of the time so at least I get a free SD.
I agree that folding to a bluffraise would be horrible. But the question is if I can check-call this river? What I can fold out that beats me? It's rather unlikely he'll fold a small PP on the river. Maybe A-hi/K-hi hands that had some draws like A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]x, K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] x, A8, A9, K9, A4 |
