Sony DVD Writer is it a +R or -R (i have to buy some blanks)

eek so I need to go to Best Buy today to buy like 10 or 25 and I don't know if its a +R or -R DVD blanks I've got to purchase.

It looks like the ones they sell that don't support both standards tend to be DVD+R.

I dont know about the burner but I use my xbox to watch some dvds and it wont play the -R

I have better luck with +R.

When buying media keep an eye out for deals (check fatwallet.com). You can find blank DVDs for really cheap.
