You'd have to go faster than the speed of light in order to reverse time. Because there is no speed at all that will allow you to end up with that average.

To average 120 mph for 2 miles, you would have to travel the distance in 1 minute. Since you went 60 mph for 1 mile, you've already used up 1 minute, and you have 0 minutes remaining to travel Lap 2. The MPH of 1 mile in 0 minutes can't be calculated -- division by zero error.
