When is the usual time to make a stop and go play? And what is it exactly? And when are you pot committed? And is it a must play...for say + EV reasons. For example, you make a big raise with a big pocket pair...say kings...and 3 suited cards flop...and you know your opponent loves to play suited connectors...
Thanks for the advice |

Usually you do a stop and go from the blinds when someone who has position raises you preflop and you have a hand that you will definitely play but your stack is such that reraising him preflop will not probably not make him fold. Thus you wait to see a flop and push on virtually any flop hoping that he will fold some hands that he should call with.
