Hi,
I'm hosting a home game next week and I would like to have some suggestions about what kind of music fits best with the mood of poker? And also if you could give me the name of some good CD it would be very appreciated. Thanks! |

I like playing poker to something along the lines of : Stevie Ray Vaughn, Johnny Cash, or Bob Seger (something like that)
Sometimes at a home game I attend, they just turn on the local rap station and let it run in the background. I think the most kosher music for poker is always straight classic rock. toss on some Zeppelin or some CCR and always throw some Skynard in there. |

I like trip-hop for poker... Portishead's Dummy is my favorite album to put on.

I think swing jazz, harkening back to the glory years of Vegas.
Think Dean Martin. Phil Harris's "Darktown Poker Club" is a good tune. |
