Paradise Support?

I haven't played paradise in about 2 years so I can't remember my password to get this freakin bonus. But support won't get back to me and give it to me. What's the deal, are they like swamped or do they always take a long time?

I used it a couple of times for password retrieval in the last year.
I'm sure it was well under an hour both times.
If it takes much longer I'd email them again just to speed them up.

I've done password retrieve and emailed twice with all my info...whats the deal?

I really don't know Bill.
I'm not really a Paradise player, but I was amazed at how quickly they responded.
I guess you've just been unlucky.

check to see that their responses are in your spam-box.

if you don't hear from them at all then your ISP may be blocking their e-mails as spam before they even get to you.

at which point you can try writing to them again explaining the situation and request they contact you at an alternate e-mail address of your choosing (although they may or may not actually send you the password to this address....at leasst you will have some sort of communication).

if they have phone support you can try that instead. (i don't know if they have phone support or not).
