Captain Cook\'s has the best customer service in the world
I sent them an email asking about the turnaround time for a cashout they're processing. About 5 minutes later, I get back this response:

[/ QUOTE ] I love these guys. I've never had an email go longer than an hour unanswered, even during the night. Their CSRs are consistantly english-fluent, capable of responding to a request for support with actual solutions, and incredibly friendly. If Party could manage a tenth of these guys' service, it'd be an improvement. |
