Default Trump Indiana Wednesday NL Hold\'em Tournaments (info inside)

I remember a while ago that either I or somebody else asked what the structure of the Wednesday tournament that Trump Indiana runs is...so:

Registration begins: 10:00am (they advise getting there by 9-9:30 to get in line)
Number of entrants: 100 (capped)
Tournament start time: 1:00pm
Buy-in: $85 + 15
Starting chips: T400
Re-buy: $40 gets T400 (anytime you are below T400 in the 1st hour)
Add-on: $40 gets T400 / $60 gets T800 (one or the other, not both; available at the end of the 1st hour)
Blinds: start at 10/20, increase every 15min (not sure when/if an ante is added)
Pay-out: 10 places paid - 40% for 1st, down to 2.5% for 10th

Poker room host pointed out the obvious: that $200 ($85+15 buy-in + $40 re-buy + $60 add-on) gets you T1600 to really start with at the end of the first hour - and most players take this route. He also said that the tournaments typically last 5.5-6 hours.

Now I need to get out there and play one sometime.

Keep in mind that I believe they take off 4.4% for Indiana Tax if you cash for over $1200 that you can't get back.
