\"I Steal Blinds On The Bubble\"
It seems everyone steals blinds on the bubble when everyone else is playing real tight. The problem is in my experience everyone is trying to steal blinds, and no one is playing real tight. It's kind of like everyone is using the take advantage of the bubble to steal blinds strategy and the game gets LOOSER on the bubble.
Is anyone else noticing this? It sounds good to talk about stealing blinds but it seems to me like possibly the worst time in the tournament to do it. Just because everyone is trying the same thing. Thoughts? |

Re: \"I Steal Blinds On The Bubble\"
Erostratus,
your observations are correct, and you should make your conclusions based on that. I wouldn´t recommend making loose calls, but what about making loose reraises? Time to pick up some chips against the right opponents. Just make sure you really pick the right opponents. Of course this is will eliminate you on bubble more often than conservative play, but it also will bring you way up the money ladder often. Best reagrds Martin Aigner |

Re: \"I Steal Blinds On The Bubble\"
This is an example of the gap concept - you can raise with more hands, but call with less.
