Credit Card Deposits

Hey all. I am trying to get into the "bonus whoring" business, but I do not wish to deposit using my checking account unless I truly have to. Has anyone found a way around the credit cards being declined for gaming transactions? Is there any way to deposit somewhere else, say in paypal, and get it to neteller or another medium? Thanks!
