Should I have bet out on the flop to with the kings on the board?
Should I have tried to check raise the river?

Then a few hands later I got this.

This that a pretty standard laydown for AA?

Losing with Aces is kinds of like kissing a really pretty girl and later finding out that she is your cousin.

Both hands were played fine, IMHO. With your quads you've crippled the deck so checking the flop, while suspicious, is fine here. Betting the river is fine too because he may raise you with a full house.

Hand 1, I think betting out the river was probably correct...If you had checked it, MP3 may not have bet at all after being c/r on the turn (and having it capped).

Hand 2, easy laydown I think. Someone's probably got a T and you weren't getting the odds to stick around to see if one would hit for you.

Good play on both.

Bet the flop. Slowplaying is for small pots with few players where there are cards that will make second best hands.
