AKs, your play on the Turn?
Party 15/30. Table is loose-aggressive with 2 maniacs at the table. This hand was rather normal though as none of the maniacs were involved in the hand. I am dealt A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in MP. Relative unknown EP limps in and I raise it up. EP hasn't been at the table long but I haven't seen him get out of line like the rest of the table seems to be. No read on his pre-Flop standards though. Unknown SB and BB also call. EP calls. 4 to the Flop, 4bb.
Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Checked to me and I bet. Blinds fold, EP calls. 2 to the turn, 5bb. Turn: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] EP checks. Your move? -Brian |

Re: AKs, your play on the Turn?
I'd have to bet the turn and react accordingly from there.
You're showing down on this one no matter what your opponents actions are (other than fold) If you get check raised here it's hard to tell whether it's trips or a flush, or even a naked K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] You can rule out a Full house, most would have raised a flop that scary with a vulnerable 2 pr, so you still have a few outs regardless. IF EP opens the river, I'm just going to call that. If the 4 flush comes on the river, I'd check behind if given the opportunity. Any non heart is worth a river open from you, as I'd expect to see a weak Ace hoping to chop pretty often. |

You have to bet this turn. He could be on all kinds of draws. If raised you call him down.
