Default Very Important William Hill Problem

I wanted to post this asap. I play poker 40 hours a week and am a regular guy so I am not crazy when I post this.

I finished ninth in a multi last Friday at Will Hill with the top ten in the money and I just looked at my account and they never credited me the money.

Please check your accounts to see if the same has happened to you at Intercasino or any skins. This is almost a $200 discrepency in my account and the worst mistake I have ever seen online.

I am very po'd.

I will post the resolution to the problem. I can't get the live client support to pop up.

Regards

Absolutely unbelievable response from Will Hill and ecash. I am steaming I am so mad. They agreed I had won the money, they agreed that they had not paid me and are crediting money into my account. The crazy thing is ecash and WH have some communication problemns so in certain instances WH never credits the money into player's accounts.

According to ecash the problem is only with WH not Intercasino or any they do the money for directly.

The thing that burns me up is I never got an apology from anyone. They told me "mistakes happen and when you win a big tournament you should check if the money is credited".

While that is true, they made a $200 error, first place was close to $2000 and who knows if that was credited.

Edit to say I was told this occasionally affects payment of monthly bonuses.

Regards

no matter how LITTLE money I might win I ALWAYS check IMMEDIATELY to see if it was credited.

I've often suspected that the balance of my William Hill account may be wrong but I've never kept detailed enough notes of my own to check.

Last week however my password was compromised. Their online support person was unable to help in any way other than to close my account. Since then I've been absolutely unable to get any help from them with regard to reopening my account and gaining access to the £500+ that resides there.

WH cashier is a crock of [censored]. There are numerous tales of horror on other forums, I would stay well clear and just use the other Cryto sites.

Is it not true that William Hill does not have a withdrawal fee, while the other skins do?

Just keep your balance low enough to withstand a catastrophe.

Can you elaborate on the horror stories?

Al Capone,

This is good advice and I have learned my lesson.

So WH owed me 90 GBP and guess what, they credited me with $90. It took another half an hour to get the additional $80. I have not heard any stories but their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Party is leaps and bounds ahead. I would avoid the site if I were a new player.

I have decided to only keep enough to get the bonus each month (William and Al it is too good for a player at my (lower than your) level to pass up). I make $47 in 75 minutes.

And by the way, multis there seem a bit of a crapshoot because the blinds increase pretty quick.

Yeah, I always love to see that my balance has gone up after a tourney. For some reason, I don't ever seem to check my balance after busting out on the bubble
