Going through Poker Tracker last night, notating players and going over the short and curlys of my own stats I found the "aggression factor". Seeing my stats in this category made me smile and when I look further into other players this made me smile even bigger. Every person I looked at is passive while I am pleased to report my aggression.
ex. Aggression Factor Preflop .35 Flop 2.80 Turn 2.66 River 1.56 Rule of thumb - more than 1.5 = Aggressive. This leads to my question, how aggressive are you? Cheers, OuTs |

I have a statistically insignificant sample; however, I will list my agression stats.
preflop: .99 flop: 3.57 turn: 4.32 river: 1.87 My stats resemble yours markedly. I wonder if the vast majority of players follow this pattern |

It is somewhat interesting to note the corelation between the players listed in my tracker who are labeled passive by my logs so far (0.7 >

I'll bite, even though I'm going to divide my answer into a couple parts...
All-levels: PF - .6 (10.8%) Flop - 2.22 Turn - 2.32 River - 1.81 10/20 6-max (present game of choice): PF - .66 (13.03%) Flop - 2.20 Turn - 2.38 River - 1.80 From what I can gather in the heads up short handed forum, I am a skirt wearing weak-tightie in comparison to a lot of those guys. |

Thanks for the responses, now leads me to think I have a leak. My preflop raise % is only 3.45%, 658 times out of 19091. While my total flop % is 20%. Do you guys think this is way to passive preflop? You guys seem to have consistant preflop raise %'s. While I do turn up the heat post flop, what are your thoughts on this preflop raise percent? Thanks!

I would guess that you can probably stand to make a few more raises PF. It really depends on the table conditions, but I've heard somewhere in the area of 7-10% is a **reasonable** number for most typical low limit full ring games. I say all of this with a grain of salt, because it all not only depends on the people around you, but your own postflop skills in comparison to everyone else at the table.
The more you raise PF, the more it will alter how other people play against you and play their own hands. |

Wow - my aggression levels are way higher. I'm afraid to post them for fear of me giving away some valuable aggressiveness information.
Maybe I'm just a maniac who is on an unusually long lucky streak? |
