someone told me they no longer use the anglo/christian names in support, but more realistic indian names.. true?

i was not there long enuf to need support, but i always found that insulting to talk to someone named paul smith (or whateva) that was from bombay. how many smith's you think are in bombay phonebook?

if they did change to indian names, then i think it is a credit to the flames they used to get for the aliases.
