88 Hand Early

Playing the 150+12 NLHE Thursday tourney and the blinds are 15/30. I have played exactly two hands for a raise and both have won with out a showdown. Other than that I have not played a single hand in the last 45 minutes. I have T1125 which is just about avg at this point. I get the feeling that the players at my table think I'm very tight and won't give me much action if I am in a hand.


Knowing this I pick up 88 in the BB. Its folded around to a LP player who is a little too loose but has not raised often. He min raises to 60. Its folded to me and I call.


Flop comes 878r and I check and call a bet of 65. Turn is a T putting up two diamonds. I check and min raise his 65 bet to 150. He calls. River is a Q I bet 200 and he folds.


I know this kind of situation doesn't happen often enough to make this post worthwhile but knowing what this player probably thinks of me got me thinking I might have been able to make more here. Thanks in advance.
