20+2 sng hand

Hi all, new to the forum so bear with me.

To the hand, its a 20+2 sng at pokerstars, i think i played it ok but please give me comments.

Iam on button with A9 off. blinds are 10/20 and just limp in , 3 others have called too plus the bb and sb. Flop is AJ3 two J3 hearts, checked to the guy infront of me who bets 90 into a pot of 120, i call (reraise?) and everybody else folds. Turn is another heart , 6 or something, he bets 150 and i call again (reraise?). River drops yet another heart - he uses some time and bets 20 (!), a typical either "dont bet please" or "please reraise me" bet. I make it another 300 into the pot which is about 500 when i dont got any heart to try to bluff him away from the pot. He thinks a while and calls, showin two red sevens! What should i have done, just call or fold on the river? Or not even call preflop?
