TLB points for PokerStars\' millionth tournament
I assume that TLB points will be awarded on tournament 1000000, which started half an hour ago. It was 500 FPP to enter, which for TLB purposes is equivalent to a $25 buyin. That means that in addition to the $11,000 prize, whoever finishes first will receive about 1700 TLB points, catapulting them into the top 20 for the year so far and providing a very good shot at #1 for the week, with the corresponding headsup $1000 freeroll against Tom McEvoy (or, if they're unlucky, Kathy Liebert).

Re: TLB points for PokerStars\' millionth tournament
Is Tom McEwoy a good player?
Of what I have seen of him in those heads up games , well lets say he has a very unimpressive record. He seems like a likeable guy, but is he any good at playing poker? |

I'm not sure he's that bothered about those Freerolls. I think it looks better if Tom doesn't win and thats probably why his record is less than impressive.

I didn't see any anger in that response. I agree that Tom doesn't seem to try all that hard in the heads-up matches though.
