Maybe my expectations are too low, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quick response and kind gesture of Paradise. I should say that UB has generally been good to me on the few occasions that I have emailed support - before the surge in traffic six months or so ago. Anyways, kudos to Paradise.

Dear Paradise Poker Support,

I made my first deposit with Paradise a few moments ago after registering through bonuswhores.com.
My understanding was that there was a 25% bonus for new players up to $50
(which I have been credited for). On the deposit page it also states that
there is a 10% bonus for Neteller deposits on Sundays (in February which I
read about on the 2 plus 2 forums). I had always considered about playing
at Paradise and these bonuses made it very attractive. Anyhow, instead of depositing
$200 for the iniitial deposit, and then $400 to be eligible for the 10%
Sunday bonus, I just decided to make one deposit for $500 - under the
impression that I would be eligible for both bonuses as per the deposit
page. However, I was only credited with the initial player bonus. And so,
I am writing to ask that I also get credited with the 10% bonus if that is
possible. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
