Wow. Unexpected surprise from UB.
I have been requesting hand histories from UB for about two weeks. Apparently after a week, they put all the histories on secondary servers. So today I get this surprising e-mail. I am happy to share this because it is a great example of good customer support. : Dear XXXX, We deeply apologize for the inconvenience, but at this point is not possible for us to retrieve the hand histories. Our programmers are working on it and hopefully soon enough we will be able to do so. In the meantime I have credited your account with 50 BONUS DOLLARS for the trouble we have put you thru.
