Empire Bonuses/Affiliates

Got a CD in the mail from Empire for 20% up to $100 (GET100). I've read older posts that say you can get this same amount from an affiliates code, is that still in effect?

Also for the rake-back affiliates - do they count the tournament fee as part of rake paid? It says on their VIP site you get VIP points for $9+ tournies, I'm assuming this is the same for the rake program?

Most likely the CD was actually a mailer from an affiliate.

Yes you can get the same bonus from signing up through any affiliates.
