Party Low Ante Structure on 25 NL
Hey all,
Been playing 25 NL on Party and have been doing well. Was wondering if due to the low ante structure I've been playing a little loose. For example, maybe I shouldn't be playing Group 4 hands in early position. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Strawdogg |

Re: Party Low Ante Structure on 25 NL
low ante structure? party's blinds are double what they are on other servers.
by the way, (and i must note that i advocate an extremely conservative approach to this game), i would never play an offsuit hand worse than AK in early position. even AK should be folded if someone makes a decent-size raise or reraise behind you. |

Re: Party Low Ante Structure on 25 NL
OK, I didn't realize that Party's blinds were high in relation to other sites. Their 25 NL with an average pot of 25.00 and higher has blinds of 25 cents for small, 50 for big blind. I thought these were low. Thanks for your help.

Re: Party Low Ante Structure on 25 NL
these are fairly low, but other sites with $25 buy-in tables have blinds of .10 and .25. also, the average pot calculations are much higher at party, because if the last bet went uncalled, they count the size of that bet towards the pot, and other sites do not. so if i went all in with aces pre-flop and everyone folded, that counts as a $25+ pot.

Sorry straw, replied to this on NL forum before realising that the replies here are far better than mine.
