Does such a thing exist?

I got into an interesting situation regarding December bonus in the casino and needed them to clarify where I stood.

I have sent them at least one email every day for five days straight. I'm up to 8 at last count. Still, no response. Not one single reply. This despite the claim on their website that all emails will be answered within 24 hours.

I have to let my $ sit there until they clear things up. To complicate matters, I'm also having technical difficulties with the casino that will take even more time to work out.

They're supposed to be this highly reputable operation. But this sucks.
Anyone have experience / advice for dealing with them?
