Play less tables. Not having a read on someone by the time it's 50/100 is criminal and is going to kill your ROI long-term.

Readless, you have to fold this.

who knows? QJ? KT? AT? maybe he's just being tricksy and calling with QQ or JJ. I have no idea. That's why I'd need one of those things called a read.
