Default 55+5 on stars.. tough spot with 99

55+5 blinds 300/600 ante 50. Hero has 21k approx in LP. MP with 7.7k moves in. Hero has 99. Only read on villain is that his only move so far in my time at the table is all in/fold. Call or fold? why?

edit: forgot to mention I had been doing a lot of blind stealing

Call, he would push with a lot less here. His stack size is a bit over ten bets and his push doesn't mean you're dominated here.

whats avg stack look like? You say youve been doing a lot of blind stealing.. I assume that it is going well. At best your most likely 60/40 here, at worst your a coinflip or possibly dominated. Why risk almost 1/2 your stack in this type of situation? You can continue to steal blinds safely with your big stack and look for a better spot.
