I'm not always sure what it means but I like to use the expression, "what goes around, comes around."

Thanks for posting that; it made an otherwise dreary day memorable.

This really is a great idea.

How about everyone with an affiliate code go drop it in Onlinechimps forum.

I'm a little confused about his site's address. Is it:

www.onlinechump.com
www.onlinechimp.com or
www.onlinepimp.com

Hello Linden

I swore a blood oath to stuff one of my cats into a woodchipper before I would ever post here, but seeing you give advice here adds much value to the forum. Damn, I'm going to miss that cat.

I known that you have played alot of High stakes heads-up Omaha 8/B online. I'm looking for some kind of starting hand chart for both positions preflop vs a tough knowledgeable opponent. SB on button.

Thank you

MS Sunshine

And I'm sorry if I've been living under a rock, but who is Linden Arden? Anyway here is the alleged Linden Arden's response:

The people continue to clamor for more ARDEN!

MS- youve come to the right place for omaha advice.

I think omaha is a game of mostly luck- as is poker in general.

Omaha - of course- is just four card hold em.

So play any hold em hands that you like- and try to make as many sets and full houses as you can!

Most everyone that beats me- makes a lot of full houses. I think thats the ticket!

However- if you play the champ- be careful- cause hes employing the same top notch strategies- so youll have to adapt a bit- to a player- playing just as good!

MORE ARDEN! MORE ARDEN! MORE ARDEN!

THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN!

THE ADVICE IS GOLDEN!

Linden is the the best shorthanded and heads up O8 player on the internet - or the worst. He is also a great (or terrible) heads up holdem player. All that and he beats (or supports) the big ring games. And that is his mystique...

Dux, the only Linden Arden I know of is a character in a Van Morrison song from the album Veedon Fleece. Decent song. Some lyrics follow:

__________________________________________________ __________
Linden Arden Stole The Highlights by Van Morrisson

Linden Arden stole the highlights --
With one hand tied behind his back --
Loved the morning sun, and whiskey
Ran like water in his veins
Loved to go to church on Sunday
Even though he was a drinking man
When the boys came to San Francisco
They were looking for his life
But he found out where they were drinking
Met them face to face outside
Cleaved their heads off with a hatchet
Lord, he was a drinkin' man
And when someone tried to get above him
He just took the law into his own hands

I think our pal Onlinechimp wanted to have a pro on his horrible site so bad he made one up using the name of an obscure song.

He played at Paradise under dolores and posted here under the same name. I like his ring and SH Hold'em play. As to his Omaha 8/B game, how would I know, except by results which seem good H2H, because all my knowledge of Omaha 8/B H2H would fit in the belly of a SMALL gnat.

He has game.
