BTW I put him on a small ace but I don't understand what a tight player would play with from that position because he doesn't raise at all.

You don't have nearly enough hands on this guy to make any type of assumption about his raising standards. That said he most likely has overcards to the flop or a small-mid pair. I would bet the turn 1/2-2/3 pot and see what he does. If he raises I'm done with the hand, if he calls block the river. JMO
