Default Everything is going good, until...

arf has been getting some good suckouts on me and this was one of them. I started reading him as tight-passive when he is on draws and tight-aggressive when he is on a hand that he feels he has the best of.

** Moscow [Hold 'em] (1.00|2.00 Fixed Limit - Cash Game)

** Dealing card to ItalianFX: J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 10[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
arff73 called - $1.00
Hork folded
Sand101 folded
ItalianFX called - $1.00
BigAl318 checked

** Dealing the flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 10[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
ItalianFX bet - $1.00
BigAl318 called - $1.00
arff73 called - $1.00

** Dealing the turn: 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
ItalianFX bet - $2.00
BigAl318 folded
arff73 raised - $4.00
ItalianFX raised - $6.00
arff73 raised - $8.00

What do you think arff73 has, or what do you put him on? What do you do next?

I'll post the results after a few responses come through.

I'd call down after he raises the turn.

Your hand is strong enough to keep betting, but once he raises the turn, you have to slow down. Your hand isnt near strong enough to 3-bet. You said it yourself that you feel he gets agressive when he has a hand, so why would continue to press him when he raises you?

After he caps, you still have to call down because your hand is still MIGHT be best. You have just put yourself in a really tough position though.
