Default pfr bet size in blind battle?

4xBB+1BB/limper is standard, but say I have AA in SB, its folded to me, is it still standard to raise 4xBB? I play NL25

Is it +EV mix it up, steal with some min raises, and min raise with some good hands to get him along?

4xBB is fine, even for a powerhouse like AA. You are OOP for the rest of the hand which makes it harder to play.
