Default online noobie help - what is rakeback and where to look

I play "recreationally" - maybe a couple hundred hands a week at most. Have played live mainly for the last year, so I don't really understand how rakeback works or where to look for it.

I've read that some sites don't allow it (?). I generally play on pokeroom (NL 100 and 200)- any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
