It cycles through a series of screens each with the game and limits being spread and the initials listed on each list. From the way it looked it seemed to be refreshing the list every couple of seconds.
It looks nice and fancy but fucntionally I don't see much advantage of it over the whiteboard, but it does look fine!

I noticed that if you were on more than one list, your name was a different color (or in BOLD). I guess if they have long lists for 2 similar $$ limit, say 2-4 and 3-6, they can tell that they can't start a new table for both limits.
