Poker sites policy on POKERTRACKER and other add-ons?

my rakeback site has a post saying
"Just a FYI I've read several reports very recently of people that run 3rd party software that Party/Empire view as giving you an advantage. I.E. Poker Edge, Poker Prophecy etc. They have been outright BANNING account, so don't run them! If the program gives you an unfair advantage, don't use it. Note: I haven't heard anything about poker tracker or poker office YET.

I asked my affiliate (another big one, and 2+2'er) and he says he hasn't heard anything about this. You probably want to post this in the internet forum though.

pokertracker and paHUD are ok, but stuff like pokeredge where you share stuff with other people, even just data, are not ok. thats the gist of it.
