Default How valuable are the HOH books?

I know a lot of people rave about them, but is it worth plopping down 40-50$ for them? How much will they add to my knowledge that I can't get by scouring this forum and the rest of the internet? Pretty much: yay or nay for the price

If you're a beginner, then part one is very useful. Part two is great no matter what skill level you are. That book really changed the way I thought about a tournament as the blinds rose. I was passing up huge advantages because I was too weak-tight. When a solid, tight player like Harrington showed how pushing with a T8 can be a profitable play, my results improved dramatically. Yours will too. Get the books.
