TPTK what to do on turn??
Foxwoods 1-2 NL
Hero 175 Villian 250 SB 140 Hero has A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img][img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] couple limps Hero makes its 12 from MP2 Villian is CO and calls 12 SB calls 12 all others fold Flop Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] SB checks Hero bets 25 Villian calls 25 SB calls 25 Turn 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] SB checks Hero bets 25 Villian pushes for about 190 SB folds Hero??? My thoughts so far is #1 i hate my turn bet # 2 villian is one who likes to play draws and takes them to the river. Said before the start of the hand im here to gamble doesnt care about the money just killing time at 1-2. guy is pretty much a fish but havent seen him push like this with a draw yet.

Online I probably fold. Live I probably call. This could be anything from a set, weird 2 pair, worse queen, J-10 of diamonds or hearts.
I probably call but I'm not pleased.

Oh, and the turn needs to be a much larger bet or a check.

My default line is to fold here. If you have a read that says you shuold call, go ahead and do so.

Bet more on the turn. I think $65 is about 2/3 pot. If he pushes over that he is either overplaying his draw or has you crushed. You can fold knowing that if he plays draws like that it is only a matter of time before you stack him and if he had you beat you just saved yourself some $$$.
As played you turn bet showed weakness and was asking to get raised by any two.

[/ QUOTE ] Fold here. Your turn bet is terrible, that is where you lost the hand. Bet pot there, than you can protect yourself from players pushing. When you put a small bet like that out there your open yourself up to getting reraised.

yeah i know i hate my bet and i hated it once i made it. dont know why i did i usually play much more aggressivly but didnt for some reason here. and i cant make a pot bet at this point. pots got me close to all in. 3/4 pot is usually my normal bet. villian was never aggressive though and was a monster fish. he just called bets with draws but would call an all in with a draw. hadnt seen him raise much unless he had the goods and im still worried about SB too not sure what he has. yeah i know it was dumb but you learn from your mistakes......
