B & M Tipping

Hey,odd question, I have ben playing in the B & M for a bit now, but movin around while doing so. I recently took up residence wher I have come to know the dealers and floor man at my local B & M and they take prety good care of me. I would like to offer them an end of year / holiday gratuiy, what is a common guide? By no means am I a high roller, but consistantly am placed in great games by these folks and even though the casino is in a location where they get a lot of new faces daily, they remember me and make me feel good for playing there. Any ideas for a better than break even player on this?
