A lesson I learned today with QQ and JJ

After finally getting into the green after 140 hands each of QQ and JJ in no-limit I learned what I am doing wrong.

I am too willing to put the money in either preflop or on the flop as an overpair.

If you are losing money with QQ and JJ then that might be the solution.
