Default Using up your fold equity...

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is SB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
3 folds, Button raises, Hero 3-bets, 1 fold, Button calls.

Flop: (7 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Button calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 5.50 BB

I think I blew all my fold equity on the flop. Hand look okay? Villian was an agressive stealer. 40/20 with 40+ ATSB.

Default Re: Using up your fold equity...

i agree that the turn is a clear checkfold. theres just no way he calls this flop with a nondiamond, non gutshot that improved to a pair on the turn. i really dont see how your folding equity could be 4.5:1-rake at this point.
