Best WSOP satellites

So I just checked out the 2006 WSOP schedule and I realized that when everything starts, I'll be legal, so I have a couple of questions. First, what is the best site for WSOP satellites? I know that pretty much every site offers satellites for the ME, but what about prelim events? Also, will the fact that I'll probably be underage if (and when) I win the entry affect my eligibility?
