dont cap the flop. you're never getting a free card, especially with SB stacking off, and your hand isn't very strong with 3 opponents who have arleady put in three bets on the flop. having the nut draw would make a huge difference

you should probably fold to the CO raise. calling down isn't horrible though, not believing people who dont have a clue in huge pots cant cost you too much
