Pay off river on failed bluff?

2-4 nl on prima. Im running well and up to 900. Villan has 400. I have 9J suited in BB. Villan makes it 16 to go UTG+1. My notes on him are that he overvalues AK when he flops to it and he once min riased me on the flop as a bluff and gave up on the turn.

I call. Heads up. Flop comes 693 with a flush draw, but not mine. I check, villan bets 20. I call. Turn is an 8 of the flush suit. I lead for 68 into 76 pot. Villan calls. river is a brick, offsuit 4. I bet 140 into 210 pot. Villan min raises. Call given odds or fold?

I folded. Villan didnt show but said he had AK with the A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Not sure if that is true or not. Is 4.5 too good a price to pass up on the river?
