Poker tracker hand update

This morning I started the timer on the hand update feature of poker tracker. It worked well for a little while and then couldn't find any new hands to update. All the right buttons are checked.
I logged out and logged back in and forced an import and the program still couldn't find the hands.
Please help.

Try checking that box that says My PC doesn't update the timestamp. Not sure this is your problem, but I've had a similar issue and that cleared it up for me.

Thanks for the advice but the box is checked.
Any other ideas??
