I'd be three betting the flop to be honest. I'm pretty sure that the hand plays a lot different from there.

As is, I'm just calling the river and hoping that he didn't hit his ace kicker anywhere along the way, cause he is definetly playing it like TP

I would 3-bet the flop and raise if he donks the turn. Raising the river donk really depends on more specific reads than "terrible." Without them I am inclined to call.

Something to consider-

Taking somewhat tricky lines against poor opponents is generally not best. IF you only play in a striaghtforward manner, your play and holdings become predictable to observant opponents, so they can adjust. Against opponents who are unlikely to adjust playing straightforward usually has the highest expectation. Further, by reserving tricky lines for solid opponents, it makes it more difficult for them to play correctly agaisnt you. They will assume you are playing it straight up against them far more often than you actually are because that's how they see you play against others. (I think this type of shania holds the most water against thinking LAGs, as 2+2 types are likely multitablers who for the most part will only be able to pay attention to you when they are involved in the hand.)
