Default Can i get away from this???

First time poster here...
Its a live tournament with a 330$ buy-in. Prize to top 10%. Number one also gets a buy-in worth 5000£ to VC Poker Cup. 102 participants. Very flat structure, we started with 2000 chips and the blinds started at 5/10 for two hours, after that the blind levels lasted for 1 hour.
This hand is in the end of level 5 (25/50), were about 57 players left. Two hands before i have just doubled myself up to approx. 5200 with AA. Then this hand comes:
I get KQs in MP.
Raises to 175.
The player to my left just calls, so does the small blind.
Flop: 27Q rainbow.
Small blind checks, i bet 400, the player to my left calls and small blind folds.
Turn: K
I bet 1000, villain raises to 2500. I go into the tank.
Villain was a huge chipleader at my table, and has played a lot of pots, ive seen him several times push with top pair. My first thought when he raised me was that it probably was a slowplayed set. What to do now? Fold, call or push?

Thanks

No way I am getting away from top 2 pair here.

I push without hesitation.

These two thoughts seem pretty contradictory. In mtts try to avoid getting tangled up with the big stacks, because they will push you around. However, when you do get involved don't be afraid of them, you have to stand up to him, and top two is a perfect hand to do that with. Push here unless you have a read.

Approx. 15K...

I pushed and villain called and flipped over QQ.

My thoughts afterwards was that i could have folded and i would still have a little over average in chips... But thats always easy to say afterwards...
