bet365 bonus?

How is their support? I cleared the inital $50 and I emailed them asking for it to be credited a few hours. I want to make sure i get that $50 before I move onto the $100 NOV bonus, but I havn't gotten an email or any money.

I cleared the initial 50 and then the 100 last month for a total of 750 raked hands. Support was solid.

I had no trouble with the 50 + 100 oct. Clearing NOV now at 20NL.

their support is very slow. expect a reply to take between 1-3 days. however, they are very accurate when they respond

I did the deposit bonus and playoct last month. It took them a few days to credit the bonus but as soon as I finished teh first $50 I just fired off an email to support and kept playing to clear the OCT bonus then fired off another one when that was done. Both were credited accurately.

They advised me last night that it is taking about 4 days to credit all the bonuses. The problem is that people are sending an email for every ten dollars. They have quite a backlog of emails.

I waited until I cleared the $50 new player bonus and $30 of the November bonus before I sent my email. I wish others would do the same.

If possible, use the local support email. I've used the Norwegian one, and they usually respond within an hour. They credited my account just 30 minutes after I mailed them. Try the local one if you can!

I'd like to know that too.
I see some people saying you can clear both bonuses with a $100 BR but from what I understand you have to play $1/$2 ´(playing limit) to clear the November bonus, and that's a little steep for a $100 BR.
