to what extent should FE effect your hand selection?

what i mean is when decining open push or fold when you have any sort of FE,to what extent this should effect your hand selection nad how loose should you be playing.
is there any sort of stack size that the chances of you actually winning the hnad becomes more important your over all EV(which includes your FE).
