Default Why is a PFR an ATS? (PT?)

I have a PokerTracker question(PT?).

When looking at the following stats:
Fold SB to Steal (FSB)
Fold BB to Steal (FBB)
Fold HU to Steal (FHU)
Attempt to Steal Blinds (ATS)

How does PT determine whether or not a PFR is an ATS?

It looks at your stats and determines if you're a rock or a LAGtard. If you're a rock, and its a raise with anything less than A-big, its a steal. If you're a LAGtard and its a raise with anything less than 79+, its a steal.

These ranges change on a sliding scale based on how rocky or LAGgy you are.

I think that ATS refers to open-raising from co or button.

Are you sure about that? I thought it was just CO or Button.

So if I'm playing a 4-handed game. Pretty much any PFR is an ATS (since it's unlikely for there to be any action before me)?

I am extremely disappointed in both Wynton and Krishan.
