This is a straightforward calculation: With 11 cards of your suit remaining, the number of all possible flops of your suit is C(11,3)=165. The number of all possible flops is C(50,3)=19600. So
165 / 19600 = 0.00841836734693877551020408163265306 or 0.84% or 118:1 against.
