the Semibluff....Bluff. 200NL
I have been very aggro, since everyone is so goddam weak tight and pulled 1-2 successful semibluffs before this. Full ring. Villan is 24/6,.I think he is a regular winner.
If someone has a hand converter full tilt/pokerroom plz let me know! HERO has 99 PF 2 limpers, 1 in EP and 1 in LP. HERO completes in SB, BB raises to $8. Everyone calls giving a pot of ~30 *** FLOP *** [9d 8d 2c] HERO checks BB checks EP checks LP Villan bets $25 HERO raises to $205.15, and is all in |

Re: the Semibluff....Bluff. 200NL
You said you had made 2 successfull semi-bluffs, did they went to showdown and you hit your hands or did they fold?

Re: the Semibluff....Bluff. 200NL
Ok, but ppl doesn't tend to notice hands that don't go to showdown so I dont think that make much sence.
I prefer a regular pot-lead on the flop, and after you checked a checkraise at about the size of the pot. |

Re: the Semibluff....Bluff. 200NL
I think from a value standpoint it's pretty risky to CR all in hoping they not only picked up on it before but will call out of frusturation with a lesser holding... or call with an overpair because it could be the best hand.
You're probably better to lead the flop and get more value accordingly. Seems like it pays off more times for more money then CR'ing all in does. |

[/ QUOTE ] You may be right here, I guess it was bothering me that whenever I CR all in I am ALWAYS on a draw. Should I be concerned about this, or just think opponents won't pick it up? |
