Just wondered what the 2+2er\'s thought of this hand
Hey everyone just wondered what you thought of this hand. Please be kind, I am only a newbie. Was it played correctly to call the all in?

Well first off, post this in the 1-table tournaments forum.
As far as the call goes, you're getting like 2.7 to 1 odds with middle pair and a BD flush draw, and have him covered easily. I'd probably call. |

Re: Just wondered what the 2+2er\'s thought of this hand
First off, you know are obviously behind because of his raise. In this type of game I'd say its obvious he has at least an ace. If you hit your flush, it will probably be good, and give yourself 2.5 outs for a queen or king. (only 2.5 because a king or queen on the river would give 4 cards to a straight.) That leaves you with around 11 outs and a very borderline call.

I'd probably cut down on that 7xBB bet from early position with KQo a bit. With only 300 left to call, yeah, that call is fine, but don't expect to be ahead of him too often, and if preflop had gone down differently, you probably wouldn't be doubling him up.
